CRM Initial Course

This interactive 2-day course is designed primarily for pilots and cabin crew, providing essential knowledge and skills in Crew Resource Management (CRM). The programme fully covers all EU-OPS requirements and aligns with applicable European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) regulations, including provisions under EASA Air Operations (Regulation (EU) No 965/2012) related to CRM training.

CRM Refresher Course

This one-day course is designed as an annual refresher for pilots and cabin crew, focusing on the continuous development of Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills.

The programme is developed in accordance with applicable European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) requirements, including provisions under EASA Air Operations (Regulation (EU) No 965/2012), and is tailored annually in collaboration with the client airline to reflect current operational issues, safety trends, and company culture.

The course includes the analysis of relevant incidents, practical exercises, and interactive discussions, promoting effective communication, decision-making, and teamwork in line with modern airline operations.

It is approved by the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority (HCAA) and delivered by Jetstream Aviation accredited CRMI (Crew Resource Management Instructor) facilitators.

CRM Instructor (CRMI) Course

This Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority (HCAA) approved course typically lasts between three and five days, depending on the experience and specific requirements of the participants. It is designed for pilots and cabin crew who aim to develop the instructional competencies required to become Crew Resource Management Instructors (CRMI).

The programme is aligned with applicable European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) requirements, including provisions under EASA Air Operations (Regulation (EU) No 965/2012) and relevant AMC/GM guidance for CRM training.

The course focuses on developing effective facilitation techniques, instructional delivery, and assessment skills, combining theoretical knowledge with practical exercises and role-based scenarios.
