Airline First Officer Program (ATPL Integrated with Airbus A320 or B737NG Type Rating)

Our ATPL Integrated Program combines core pilot training with the Airbus A320 or Boeing B737NG Type Rating, Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC), and JET Orientation Training, providing a complete pathway to airline readiness. Designed for candidates with no prior flying experience, this intensive, continuous program builds a strong foundation from initial single- and multi-engine flight training through to advanced airline operations.

Training is delivered by active airline captains and instructors from our partner airlines, ensuring real-world, industry-relevant knowledge at every stage. With theoretical and flight training hours exceeding EASA minimum requirements, the program offers trainees a clear competitive advantage as they begin their aviation careers.

Course Training Outline

Phase 1: Theoretical Knowledge Training

  • In-depth study of 14 ATPL subjects, including the updated EASA KSA 100 syllabus
  • Blended learning format with virtual sessions, classroom instruction, Computer Based Training (CBT), and guided self-study
  • Duration: Approximately 8 months
  • Locations: Athens, Dubai, or online

Phase 2: Single-Engine Flight Training

  • Solo flight training on single-engine piston aircraft
  • Completion of the Commercial Pilot License (CPL) Skill Test
  • Combined aircraft and simulator training
  • Duration: Approximately 4 months
  • Location: Athens

Phase 3: Multi-Engine Flight Training

  • Instrument flying training on multi-engine piston aircraft
  • Completion of the Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (MEIR) Skill Test
  • Includes aircraft and simulator sessions, plus Advanced Upset Prevention & Recovery Training (A-UPRT)
  • Duration: Approximately 1 month
  • Location: Athens

Phase 4: Airbus A320 or Boeing 737NG Type Rating

  • Theoretical Training, duration 10 days
  • Simulator Training, duration 15 Days

Phase 5: Base Training

After completing the Airbus A320 or Boeing B737NG Type Rating, trainees will undertake six take-offs and landings with a partner airline as part of their base training.

Pre-Entry Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in the English language
  • Excellent health status
  • No prior flying experience is required

Extended Pre- Entry Requirements

  • Valid Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate
  • Successful completion of the Pilot Aptitude Assessment: EPST Compass Test
