The entire Base Training process on A220 was exceptionally well organized. Flying the aircraft after completing the simulator phase was a major milestone, and the instructor’s guidance made the transition seamless.
Base Training is the final phase of an aircraft type rating program and serves as the bridge between simulator training and line operations.
