- Computer Based Training (CBT) self study: 8 hrs
- Full Flight Simulator Training: 4 hrs
The Boeing 737 MAX represents the latest evolution of the 737 family, incorporating advanced technology, enhanced automation, modern avionics, and improved fuel efficiency. Pilots transitioning from the MAX to the B737 NG or B737 Classic must develop a thorough understanding of the differences in flight deck philosophy, aircraft systems, performance capabilities, and operational procedures. Particular attention is given to variations in navigation and communication systems, autoflight functions, warning systems, and aircraft handling characteristics. This course provides a structured and practical approach to ensure a smooth transition, enabling pilots to operate the assigned aircraft type confidently, safely, and in full compliance with regulatory and company standards.
