Ioannis NTISKOS, Chief Executive Officer

John is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of JETSTREAM S.A., leading the company since its establishment in 2008. With more than 40 years of experience in the aviation industry, he oversees JETSTREAM’s international operations and business activities across its key locations in Athens and Dubai.

After studying Economics, John pursued his passion for aviation and obtained his Commercial Pilot Licence from Oxford Aviation Training in 1981. He began his airline career with Olympic Airways in 1985, where he served as Captain, Instructor, and Examiner on the B737, A300, and B747. Alongside his extensive flying experience, he held significant responsibilities within the airline’s training and safety departments, developing strong expertise in aviation management, flight operations, training, and regulatory standards.

Drawing on this combination of operational and executive experience, John founded JETSTREAM with the vision of creating an aviation organisation capable of delivering high-quality training and specialised services to both individual aviation professionals and airline operators.

Today, he is responsible for defining and coordinating the company’s strategic direction, developing international partnerships, and expanding JETSTREAM’s presence in global aviation markets. Under his leadership, the company has established long-term collaborations with airlines, regulatory authorities, defence forces, training organisations, and aviation professionals worldwide.

His extensive industry knowledge, international network, and commitment to quality and safety continue to drive JETSTREAM’s development and reinforce its position as a trusted partner in aviation training and services.

Dennis TSITOURAS, Head of Training

Dennis joined JETSTREAM in 2016 as Head of Training, bringing with him decades of experience in airline operations, management, and professional pilot training. Throughout his distinguished aviation career, he has accumulated an impressive 23,600 flight hours, serving as Captain, Instructor, and Examiner on large commercial jet aircraft.

His extensive operational background has given him exceptional knowledge of flight operations, crew training, safety standards, regulatory requirements, and professional pilot development. Combining many years of cockpit experience with a strong training and management background, Dennis has earned great respect within the aviation industry.

As Head of Training at JETSTREAM, he plays a key role in overseeing training activities and ensuring that the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism are maintained across our training programmes. He also works closely with our instructors and examiners, sharing his expertise and supporting the continuous development of our training team.

With his diverse background in operations, instruction, examining, and management, Dennis is a valuable member of the JETSTREAM team. His commitment to passing on his knowledge and experience to the next generation of pilots reflects JETSTREAM’s philosophy of combining proven aviation expertise with the future of flight.

Andreas TACHTATZIS, CMM/SMS ATO

Andreas brings a distinctive combination of aviation compliance expertise, safety oversight, engineering knowledge, and military leadership to JETSTREAM. Within the organisation, he oversees the Compliance Monitoring and Safety Management Systems, ensuring that training and operational activities remain aligned with EASA requirements and established safety standards.

His professional foundation was built in the Hellenic Air Force, where he held leadership responsibilities in maintenance operations, electronic systems and communication networks. He was also involved in coordinating compliance inspections across operational units, gaining first-hand experience in environments where precision, accountability and safety are critical.

A graduate of the Hellenic Air Force Academy with a BSc in Electronic Engineering, Andreas applies the discipline and technical perspective of his military career to civil aviation. His analytical approach and understanding of regulatory systems support JETSTREAM in maintaining a robust culture of compliance, safety and continuous improvement.

Georgios ZOITSIS, Quality Manager Part 147

With more than 25 years in commercial aviation, George has built his career around aircraft engineering, maintenance leadership and technical performance. Starting with Olympic Airways, he progressed to become an ICAO Type II Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and holds an EASA B1 Licence with C Category privileges.

His technical experience spans both heavy and line maintenance on aircraft including the B737, A320, A340, A300 and Dash 8 Q400. Beyond hands-on engineering, George has taken responsibility for complex technical projects, including aircraft registry transitions and the establishment and certification of a Part-145 Approved Maintenance Organisation.

As Line Maintenance Manager and Acting Technical Director, he managed engineering teams, technical operations and demanding regulatory requirements while contributing to outstanding operational performance. His involvement in successful regulatory and IOSA audit processes further reflects the depth of his experience.

At JETSTREAM, George adds a technical and engineering dimension shaped by decades of real airline operations, where reliability, airworthiness and safety are non-negotiable.

Ioannis KARAMICHALIS, Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor

John is an accomplished aviation professional with an extensive career spanning flight operations, pilot training, examining, and aviation management. With more than 25,000 flight hours, including significant command and instructional experience, he brings exceptional operational knowledge and a deep understanding of professional pilot development.

Throughout his career, John has held senior flying, training, and management positions with major airlines and aviation organisations, including Olympic Airlines, SKY Express, and NOVOAIR. His responsibilities have covered flight operations management, development and implementation of training programmes, standardisation, quality assurance, and the supervision and assessment of flight crews.

Holding multiple EASA Instructor and Examiner certifications, John has extensive experience in advanced pilot training and competency assessment. His combination of operational flying experience and instructional expertise enables him to transfer practical airline knowledge into highly effective training, preparing pilots for the demanding standards of modern commercial aviation.

With his strong focus on safety, standardisation, quality, and operational excellence, John plays an important role within JETSTREAM’s training environment. His wealth of experience and commitment to developing the next generation of aviation professionals contribute significantly to maintaining the high standards that define JETSTREAM’s training programmes.

Kyriaki KARTSONAKI, Cabin Crew Training & Recruitment Manager

Kyriaki has been a member of JETSTREAM’s management team since its establishment in 2008. She brings over 10 years of operational experience with Olympic Airlines, where she built an outstanding professional record as a Flight Attendant and received training to the highest industry standards.

As Cabin Crew Training Manager, she oversees the development and delivery of cabin crew training programmes. She is responsible for designing training syllabi, developing course materials, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

In addition, Kyriaki manages JETSTREAM’s Pilot and Cabin Crew Recruitment services, supporting airlines worldwide in the sourcing, screening, assessment, and placement of highly qualified aviation professionals. Working closely with both airline clients and candidates, she helps ensure an efficient recruitment process while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service.

Her operational expertise, recruitment experience, and commitment to quality make her a key contributor to JETSTREAM’s international training and recruitment operations.

Kyriaki ARESTI, Chief Operating Officer

Kiki brings more than 15 years of professional experience in education, having built a strong academic career as a Physics instructor in secondary education. She holds a degree in Physics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, combining a solid scientific background with strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Since joining JETSTREAM in 2023, Kiki has become an integral part of the organisation’s management and daily operations. Her structured approach, disciplined time management, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate multiple activities have contributed significantly to the efficient operation and continuous development of the company.

In her role as Chief Operating Officer, she oversees JETSTREAM’s operational performance, coordinating activities across different departments and ensuring that processes are implemented efficiently and consistently. She works closely with the management and training teams, supporting the organisation’s international activities, partnerships, and ongoing projects.

With a strong focus on efficiency, quality, organisation, and continuous improvement, Kiki plays a key role in translating JETSTREAM’s strategic objectives into effective day-to-day operations. Her combination of academic discipline, management capabilities, and commitment to high professional standards contributes to the organisation’s continued growth and operational excellence.

Areti VOLAKAKI, Accounting Manager

Since joining JETSTREAM in 2018, Areti has been entrusted with the financial coordination of the company’s activities across Athens and Dubai. Her role requires accuracy, consistency and close oversight of the financial processes supporting an increasingly international organisation.

Responsible for the Accounting Department, she coordinates daily financial activities, transactions and reporting while supporting budgeting and financial planning across the company’s different business areas. Her disciplined approach and attention to detail provide an essential foundation for JETSTREAM’s financial organisation.

Areti holds a degree in Financial Management from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Beyond finance, she has a particular interest in languages and international communication and continues to expand her linguistic skills, most recently through the study of Arabic.

Her combination of financial discipline and international outlook reflects the increasingly global environment in which JETSTREAM operates.

Natalia NTISKOU, Training & Sales Executive

Natalia’s career at JETSTREAM is a story of progression from within. She joined the company in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative, moved into Training Administration and subsequently developed into her current position as Sales Executive.

Having worked at different stages of the customer and training journey gives her an unusually complete understanding of how JETSTREAM operates. She knows the training process not simply from a commercial perspective, but also from the viewpoint of administration, coordination and customer support.

Today, Natalia works with pilots, aviation professionals and corporate clients to understand their requirements and guide them towards the most appropriate training solutions. Her long-standing knowledge of JETSTREAM’s courses and services allows her to connect customer expectations with practical training possibilities.

More than a decade with the company has given Natalia an understanding of JETSTREAM that goes far beyond her current position, making continuity, product knowledge and long-term customer relationships particular strengths of her role.

Eleni SETTA, Customer Services

For many students, Helen is one of the first faces of JETSTREAM in Athens. Since joining the company in July 2020 as a Customer Service Representative and Administrative Assistant, she has become closely involved in making the practical side of each student’s training experience as smooth and welcoming as possible.

A graduate of AKTO Arts & Design College, Helen originally developed her professional skills through graphic design, advertising and sales. That creative and customer-oriented background has translated naturally into a role requiring communication, adaptability and daily interaction with people from many different countries.

From assisting newly arrived students to supporting administrative requirements throughout their stay and training, Helen is frequently the person students turn to when they need guidance or practical assistance.

Her role is defined as much by human connection as administration. Reliable, approachable and genuinely attentive to people, Helen helps ensure that students arriving far from home quickly feel that they have someone at JETSTREAM they can rely on.

Hanah OCTAVIANO, Administration Executive Dubai

Based in JETSTREAM Dubai, Hanah works across administration, customer relations and commercial support, helping coordinate the many practical details behind the branch’s daily activities.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing Management, from New Era University, a background that allows her to contribute from both an organisational and marketing perspective. Her responsibilities range from calendar and email management to travel arrangements, client communication and office coordination.

Hanah also contributes to marketing and lead-generation activities, supporting the development of new business opportunities and maintaining effective communication with prospective and existing clients.

Comfortable working across platforms including HubSpot CRM, QuickBooks, Xero, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, she brings a digitally capable and commercially aware approach to her position. Her versatility is particularly valuable in Dubai, where administrative efficiency, customer service and business development frequently intersect.

Mrudula MADHAVAN, Administration Executive Dubai

Mrudula combines a strong academic foundation in business with hands-on experience in the fast-paced environment of aviation training. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration, specialising in Human Resources and Marketing at Kannur University.

At JETSTREAM Dubai, her role sits at the centre of many of the activities that keep training operations running smoothly. From coordinating trainees and maintaining client communication to handling invoicing, financial administration, and essential documentation, she ensures that each administrative stage is managed accurately and efficiently.

Her ability to balance financial responsibilities, customer requirements, and operational priorities makes her a reliable point of coordination between trainees, clients, and the JETSTREAM team. With a practical, organised approach and a strong understanding of business administration, Mrudula contributes to the seamless day-to-day operation of JETSTREAM’s Dubai training activities.

Limmy DIVAN, Theoretical Knowledge Instructor

Limmy combines a strong academic foundation in aviation with practical flying experience and a genuine interest in teaching. Since August 2024, she has been delivering structured and engaging theoretical training, adapting her teaching approach to different learning needs while helping students build both knowledge and confidence.

Her own academic performance reflects the standards she brings to the classroom. Limmy completed her ATPL theoretical training with full attendance and first-time passes in all subjects, demonstrating consistency, discipline and a thorough understanding of the theoretical principles of flight.

She holds an EASA CPL(A) with MEP and IR ratings and has accumulated 243 total flight hours. Her qualifications also include APS MCC, PBN and A-UPRT, providing her with exposure to advanced training concepts and modern airline-oriented procedures.

As part of JETSTREAM’s new generation of aviation instructors, Limmy brings fresh perspective, enthusiasm and a detail-oriented approach to training. Her focus is not simply on preparing students to pass examinations, but on helping them develop a solid knowledge base that will support their progression from the classroom to the cockpit.
